Membership to the SA HALT Network provides educators with opportunities to engage in a professional network of other highly accomplished and lead teachers, access professional learning sessions, receive newsletters, resources, and advanced teacher practice updates, and contribute to advocacy on behalf of HALT in South Australia.

Early Career HALT

Teachers who are aspiring to be, recently certified as, or in-training at HALT level within the last 2 years.

Individual Member

Practicing educators with an existing HALT level certification for longer than 2 years.

$50 AUD yearly

Retired / Associate

Retired educators or other professionals wanting to support the SA HALT Network.

$200-600 AUD yearly

Institutional

Small schools, less than 5 members.

Medium schools, up to 10 members.

Large schools, greater than 10 members.

Payment, Renewals, and Policy

  • Memberships run from 1st January to 31st of December each year.
  • Renewal reminders are sent in November, with early-bird discount (10%) if paid by 31st of January.
  • Payment is accepted via credit card, EFT, or school invoice (via Educators SA).
  • Fees are reviewed yearly be the Committee.
  • Institutional members may nominate new staff annually.
  • Members must uphold SA HALT Network Code of Conduct.
