A lead teacher's journey from country, to corporate, to multi-campus metro school

Today you will hear from Natasha Dunn who was originally certified as a Lead Teacher at Kadina Memorial School in 2015. In 2016 Natasha made the brave move to the city to work on the brand-new Early Career Teacher program developing units and the companion mentor guide. She then took on the opportunity to lead English at Henley Beach High School. More opportunities came Natasha's way, and she developed a whole school pedagogical improvement program before moving to Golden Grove High School. At Golden Grove Natasha has worked closely with another nationally certified teacher, Kelly Spalding, to support aspiring HALTs through targeted sessions three times each term. Natasha believes HALTs should take on opportunities as they arise or create their opportunities.
